Santee-White
Room Temperature Bottled Water
Toothpick
Tape
& a Coffee Cup Cut In Half :D
i Started With 1 Coat Of White Nail Polish.
i Did One Nail At a Time However i Read You Can Get Away By Doing 2 Nails . i Taped Around My Fingers So i Can Minimize My Clean Up & i Got Started.!
Started By Droping Drops Of Nail Polish In No Particular Order & This Is What Coming Out
Using My Toothpick i Did Swirls And Lines Going From The Sides:
&& i Started Dipping Away.! Here Are Just Some Pictures i Took. & Pre Clean Up Pics :)
& Here Are Some More Pictures After i Added My Top Coat & Cleaned Up
