Hope you all had a great amazing weekend .Today I am showing an amazing nail polish by Sarah from SeeSarahSwatch which really her name should be SeeSarahCreateAmazingFrankens ! . I started following Sarah as soon as she started blogging and I remember drooling over her frankens and im super happy that she finally is letting us buy her frankens on Etsy! Her store is called Two Birds One Store which she shares with her sister Sandy and they both create fun hand made stuff. Definitely worth checking out .!
Now onto the polish .. Strawberry Limeade , a blend of super tiny hot neon pink, black, neon yellow-greeinsh glitter so fine that it looks like sand! Its all packed in a slightly tinted base (coral pink). For it to be opaque I used 3 coats and its a top coat eater so be prepared to use lots of top coat , I used 2 OPI start to finish base and top coat and 2 Nubar Diamont. I did use really thin coats so if you apply thick top coat then you might get away with less. But really with a polish like this why complain of the top coat use ! . The brush is nice and soft and the formula on my bottle was a bit thick so i did add 3 drops of thinner which made it easier to work with. *catches breath* I feel like i keep going on and on., so i'll cut it short and get to the pics :)
Here it is 1 coat layered over White polish & here it is layered over Black & on its own.I absolutely love that you can layer it and still have it pop! perfect.
This polish will be available in her Etsy shop in late May at 8.00 dollars for a full size and 4.50 for a mini size polish which will be limited time only (mini size) .Sarah also has a photobucket album where you can check out many of her "Past" & "Present" creations. Go check it out ,I'm totally drooling over "Fit For a Prince" looks aaamazing!
Dont miss out!! This polish is worth stalking for ;D
I hope this review helped you guys ! If i left out something please feel free to ask :)
XOXO
Maria

Ps.Soo May 10 is Mothers Day in Mexico and since i (duh) am Mexican I celebrate it May 10th and i was planning on doing a special post "Mother to Daughter" kind of post.Basically you wear the same manicure as your mother and post it on your blog , Iris & Marisa are in .. are you?! let me know by email or tweet so i can include you on the list for that post :) I think it will be a fun bonding thing to do! My mom loves nudes and hates glitter so its going to be fun trying to meet in the middle . I already told her and she said shes ready to make a cameo on my blog ..lol

I'm really loving this polish over the black base. It's so unusual and gorgeous at the same time! xo
ReplyDeleteOhhh that's pretty! I loveeee it over black.
ReplyDeleteMy mom has had her thumb... HER THUMB painted for like a month in the same color... Otherwise I'd totally do the challenge :-/
I love it over the black but not feeling it on its own. I dont know why? The mothers day mani sounds like fun! I am 1/2 mexican. My Mom gets her nails done by a pro and doesnt like glitter much but I make up for that. I cant wait to see your manis!!!!
